Second Hand Reconditioned
Paxall Circle V22 Multiple Auger Sachet Machines.
These packaging machines were originally part of an export project, but were returned to the UK after little more than a year in production due to circumstances unrelated to the machines. They are believed to be 1991/92 models.
The machines are presently set-up on 8 lanes producing a sachet 70mm wide using continuous print material.

The following features are standard :
  • Sachet count system / take off conveyor.
  • Static elimination
  • Low webb / splice detection
  • General operation of the packaging machine is through a factory fitted GEC series one programmable controller.
  • Auger dosing system : Ormec servo driven motion control units (2).
  • All spares are readily available.
  • All electrical drawings and operator manual are supplied with each machine.
  • Photocell registration (optional) via PLC with interface or Touch Screen (Optional extra).
  • Machine can be adapted for liquid filling.
Sealing Assembly
Slitter
Slitter assemblies are either blade or rotary, slit or perforated. Position
and type used is determined by packaging material selection.
Side Sealers
Self-compensating, maintains constant controllable pressure with temperature
governed by a solid-state proportional heat control systems.
Cross Sealers
Self-compensating sealers with built-in solid state proportional heat control systems.
Puller Wheels
Located after cross sealers. Pulls film through machine.
Cut-off Knife
Guillotine-type, heavy duty or scissors. Automatic accurate cut-off.
